Bad mesh level

I have a ender 3 V3 Plus that I got certified refurbished from creality I believe. When I perform a mesh or auto level the mesh is pretty bad on the left hand side it’s very high on the right hand side it’s kind of low so there’s literally a 1.68 MM difference between the top left and the bottom right.

I’ve measured a couple of times the left side of the x gantry to the top of the printer and then the right side of the x gantry to the top of the printer and this seems to be about a 1 mm to 1.2 mm difference from the left and right sides. I can’t figure out for the life of me of how I can adjust this since all the gears and belts move at the same time. I need to raise the left a little bit or drop the right a little bit. I’ve tried manually pushing down on the right hand side and pushing up on the left but I think it actually worsened my mesh by a tiny fraction.

Anyone else have a very bad mesh where the left is very high in the right is very low?

I will admit that when I first got it there was a z crash because one of the wires prevented the x gantry from hitting the z-stop and it jumped a few times making a loud horrible sound. It took me about two more times to realize it was the wire that was in the way and so I fixed that but I’m not sure if that’s what caused such a bad mesh level. Please any help??
