My first autolevel was all green. After a few good prints, now I get this result. What’s the fix?

That is nothing to be concerned about.
That figure in blue was probably on the boarder of changing when it was green.
The figures need to be plenty worse to be concerned about it.
The printer can cope with up to 2mm deviation and still print ok.

As Radical_Data indicates that should print fine. Interesting that the front is almost the same value all the way across as is the rear, just like there is an even lean from front to back, although not strictly needed you could shim the back spacers up by 0.8mm to get it level (or print 2 front spacers 0.8mm shorter, easier to swap and both are same length)
