Hello, hopefully someone can help me. I have the Ender 3 S1 Pro and my heightmap shows me deformations. But everything seems to be completely normal. Does anyone know this phenomenon and have an idea what the problem is?

What problem? A deviation of ~0.1mm?
The problem is that although Klipper saves the differences, it scratches in the front plane and does not fill the areas at the back properly, as if the nozzle was too low at the front and too high at the back.
