Still considering myself new to printing but recently I have started encountering a problem where the bed is being pulled away from the nozzle at the center of my prints and wreaking havoc on the print. I’m a little stumped because running a calibration outside (before/after) the print job provides a saddle with a range of 0.4540. When I include the calibration as part of the print job I get a profile that has a spike at the center and a range of 3.3350. The results do not change if I pre-soak for 10 minutes. Also, if I do not include calibration as a part of the print job I do not get adhesion and the job builds up on the nozzle.
I first encountered this while running with ASA but it still seems to be around after returning to PLA.
The bed screws are presently about 3-4 turns off of bottom but I first saw the problem with the screws bottomed out.
Any advice here is appreciated.
