My controller shows the bed temp is 55C. When I check it with with my hand or IR gun it’s at room temp. If I change the temp to 80C it heats up and hold temp to 50C. Is there something I can do software wise to correct for this offset or do I need to wait for them to send me new parts to try to fix the issue.
Did you give time to heat soak?
Yes, I’ve let it heat soak. Also, it shows up at 55C right when I turn it on while the nozzle shows 23C.
