I don’t think that is the official Creality page. If you look at “Sold By:” under the Buy now button, it says “Creality KK Store.” That’s not their official store. This storefront looks like it sells Creality parts and other things.
Without vents to let moisture out, you won’t get the filament dry.

I agree entirely.
I have attached a small fan (in reverse) to help exit the moist air, run on a timer for 30 seconds on every 10 minutes.
It does make a difference.

Moist air?
Yes the water that evaporates off of the filament saturates the air inside the drier and needs replenishing in order to evaporate more from the filament.
Definately moist air.
If you have a filament drier, put a roll of filament in that you suspect is damp and an hour later put your face close to/above it and open it … you will feel it yourself.
