Already made report just wondering if anyone else on Mac OS 27 beta seeing this issue trying to report it for future update fix
Can you describe it further or upload the log files in Creality Scan and mention the serial number of the scanner? Usually that helps them to identify the issue.
Already have on official support their software engineers finally responded, this happened also on Mac OS 26.6 so not sure what happened but hopefully the logs I sent will help
Good news their software engineers found a fix and this also happens on Mac OS 26 beta too
Pretty dismayed to purchase a new Otter only to find I can not use it at all on MacOS until this is fixed and new release pushed out. Hope it’s done soon.
I still have the same Issue on Macos 27 Beta. Any fix for this?
They told me it’s fixed but won’t release update until August , after I asked them if I could test out a beta they rudely responded to me saying we told you August and it will stay as august
