Biggest pile of crap I ever wasted my money on!

Ordered from BH Photo NYC Jan 6th. Arrived on the 7th unboxed that night and went to power on faulted on self test for heat break fan. Contacted support who told me to go though all the troubleshooting steps came to the conclusion the controller board on the print head was bad and needed a replacement 7-10 days I said nah I’ll send it back so sent it back got a new one on the 9th Jan. Powered on was fine running a large 32 hr print job and it failed for the pfte coming away from the extruder. Contacted Creality who sent me a replacement and I bought 2 additional replacements. Tried to recover but when I powered cycled it resumed from the wrong slot in the cfs. Ruined my print and had to start over. Failed again for print due to out of filament went to restart and it skipped a row and it killed the print again both around 28 hrs in to the prints mega waste.

Moved in to trying to print a model using supports but find a support material was had PVA does not work in the cfs so tried Petg. This is where things went from bad to super bad. Started a print get 30% and stopped for extruder issue. When it swapped from petg to PLA it would try to flush at the PLA setting and fault. Tried bunch of times to recover then gave up and tried to restart. Every single
Time it went from petg to pla same fault. I would have to pre heat to 240 and then resume before it would do it all over. I contacted support who walked me through stuff then insisted I swap out the nozzle to find the nozzle removing was indeed bent. Restarted my print and everything seemed to be going great till right at the end the extruder just stopped . Got back in tough with Creality who walked me through bunch of stuff and I asked if I could buy an extruder motor more blades and new nozzle cleaner as it broke during the recent print. $104 um ok I said I need to get the printer fixed and they told me have to wait for the parts “I” paid for to come before perusing anymore assistance. Friday 10 days after I contacted them they finally send me a list of stuff being shipped. Only the stuff I paid for. So I have to fix this crap myself.

How do I need to replace 2 cutters, 2 Nozzles , two extruder enclosures, strain gauge for not having a good first layer print and extruder motor in the first 30 days and have 3 weeks of down time waiting parts how is this acceptable?

Yes, the extruder is very poor. I bought this printer because of the printing size and because of the heated chamber for printing technical filaments. Unfortunately, I have a problem with the extruder every now and then. Every now and then I get a message about a probable clog, but when I extract the filament manually, it turns out that everything works and there is no clog. On paper, everything should work perfectly, but it does not. Unicorn nozzles work worse than Bambulab despite the longer heating element. I do not understand at all why this is. I have Bambulab x1 carbon with which I have no problems, but with Creality K2 Plus I have a problem from time to time. It seems to me that this is a problem with underdevelopment and maybe in some time Creality or the community will find a solution to the problems that plague this machine.
