Hi everyone, I’m new to 3D printing. I recently got a Creality Ender 3 Pro, but I’m having trouble syncing it with Creality Cloud.
I followed the instructional video and successfully connected the printer to my Wi-Fi network. According to the tutorial, a set of numbers should appear on the display to complete the binding process in the app. However, these numbers never show up.
When I scan the QR code on the back of the printer, the app correctly identifies my device, but it immediately asks for the ‘bind code’ again—which I can’t find anywhere on the screen. Has anyone encountered this? Any advice on how to get the code to appear or how to fix this loop? Thanks in advance!"
