Bind for creality cloud

Hi everyone, I’m new to 3D printing. I recently got a Creality Ender 3 Pro, but I’m having trouble syncing it with Creality Cloud.

​I followed the instructional video and successfully connected the printer to my Wi-Fi network. According to the tutorial, a set of numbers should appear on the display to complete the binding process in the app. However, these numbers never show up.

​When I scan the QR code on the back of the printer, the app correctly identifies my device, but it immediately asks for the ‘bind code’ again—which I can’t find anywhere on the screen. Has anyone encountered this? Any advice on how to get the code to appear or how to fix this loop? Thanks in advance!"

I’ve also had the same problem with my D3 Pro and so far I haven’t found a solution.

Me too… sorry to be another user without solution… Actually the Creality Dev team should fix it in a new firmware not only for the D3 Pro but also for the D3(standard). It is an old knew issue. Besides that, the last firmware update for the SD3 was in feb/2023… It gives the impression that Creality has abandoned support for this incredible machine.

I thing I used to do is about persisting with the bind. It works to me in some time.
