Had started a print and then the filement stopped feeding. I went to change something via the screen but noticed it had froze. Then shortly afterwards the screen went to a blue screen. I also noticed the bed was hot (hotter than the 60 deg I had set it too). |I have checked the wiring and all looks ok. I pulled out the bed thermistor connectors to see what would happen. I thought that the bed would not heat-up but it still kept getting hotter. Tried to do a firmware update but that was not successful. Aldo when I start it up the print jumps around for a few seconds.
I was hoping that someone has had a similar problem or any idea what is going on.
Thanks
Which printer are we dealing with?
Sorry for the late delay As i don’t us this email very much (but will keep an eye on it form now on).
I have NEO V1
I read a number of articles and a number of them said that it could be the board. So I replaced the board with a V4.2.7. The bed did not heat up as it did before, but the screen was still blue. I tried to update the firmware, but still a blue screen. I then tried pulling out each of the connectors on the board to see if that would stimulate some action but again, nothing.
I then bought a new screen thinking it could be that that was casing the problem, but again a blue screen. So I am a bit lost on what ls it could be.
Bit of a shame as I only had the printer for about a year and half and wouldn’t say I have used it a lot.
Any help would be appreciated.
