I have used thr printer for the first time yesterday, it stopped printing half way and is giving a BM0111 code, all the wires are glued in, so I do not want to tamper and loose the warranty. Any suggestions on why this could happen? I have opened the extruder the blue light is not coming on.
Sounds like the filament broke. Remove the tube going the the extruder and see if it easily comes out. If it does, restart it.
