BM2355 error

I have been receiving this BM2355 error message. It usually occurs on longer print times. The printer shuts down and the CFS has red lights on all slots. Restarting resume the print but the newest layer after resuming has large noticeable gaps. I’ve ordered a new printhead cable but am hoping some one can explain this issue more definitively than a “might be this or that”.

but shame on Creality, they support team should help anybody and recall the defective print head connectors.
