First print was exceptional. On second larger print, I noticed a noise while nozzle crossed over a cross hatch area of fill. There is enough resistance to overcome bed adhesion and the model slides all over the bed.
Are you using grid infill by any chance? If so change it to gyroid and see if that helps. I find that my nozzle scrapes the infill with grid.
