Brand new Falcon 10w laser light showing red

Hello!

We have just set up a brand new Falcon 10w laser engraver and cutter (not pro) and are having problems with the red light on the laser staying on and the multifunction button continuously flashes in a heartbeat. The machine will not go to the home position or find the engraving surface, so we have not been able to try anything out yet. We have cleaned the laser and updated the firmware. There is no button on the top of the laser module to push. Any help would be amazing!

Katie, I ma having the same issue. . . I wonder if we got bad lasers.

That’s what I’m wondering as well… we have an email in to Creality… I’ll let you know what we hear!
