I just bought a brand new Creality Falcon A1 from Amazon. After following the instructions from this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kMLTxj9sGxY, when I switch the power on the machine, the start button doesnt light up, neither does the power indicator on the laser shows up.
The power supply is green.
I followed the steps exactly as the video. Can someone help?
maybe a silly one, but did you make sure the emergency stop button isn’t activated?
Check the power supply cable to the machine, the connector is a bit uncommon, is it correctly seated?
Both the security key switch turned on and the emergency stop button disengaged (twist to let it pop out)?
hi. This was exactly it. The video doesnt show anything related to the emergency stop button. It came pressed in right from the box. I didnt even know how to operate it and twisted it out of a whim and it popped and everything worked.
They really should update the video about the emergency stop button.
