Hi, We recently purchased a brand-new printer, but it is not turning on after installation. We would appreciate any suggestions you might have to help resolve this issue.

First check the voltage switch on the printer (120V or 210V) and also make sure you are getting power to the plug receptacle.
Does the printer do anything..?

Check the fuse in the plug if you are in the UK, I don’t think many other places use a fused plug.
