Broken after 1 week

Hotend enamel wires broken after 1 week. This is garbage!

Did it just do this on its own or was it assisted? I would contact Creality for a replacement under warranty.

Was something in the hotend loose? Nozzle perhaps? Blue filament everywhere - should never see any at the top.

If you have a soldering iron, use a sharp blade to scrape the enamel off the ends of those wires, butt them together, and add a drop of solder to it (with a little flux.) Quite fiddly, but should get it reconnected well enough to heat up the nozzle, slide off the rubber boot, and remove. Or use a wire with alligator clips on it - just need it to run long enough to get hot.

I’m going to guess that a large blob of filament was deposited on the hotend / extractor (including the wire that broke) and no heat was used when removing the blob and one of the wires broke during the removal.
