BUG REPORT- CAD model looks OK, STL looks OK, CP sliced model not right

This is the first time I’ve seen this happen. Every part of the process comes out OK until I slice the model in CP 7.0.04127.

In fact I sliced the model in CP 5.1 and it worked OK.

I sliced the model in CP 6.2 and it failed.

This is the model in FreeCAD:

The STL as viewed in Windows 3D Viewer:

The RAW STL loaded into CP 7.0:

The STL rendered in CP 7.0 (notice the vertical wall is NOT straight and has a step in it?):

The same sliced file in CP 5.1- looks like it should with no problems in the wall:

Have you tried to repair the file ? In the slicer, right click on it and then “repair” !

That did not work, but what I did find was that if I changed the settings profile, the slicer worked. I narrowed the problem down to the setting Precision\X-Y Contour compensation which was set to 1.0041. I changed this to 0 and it fixed the slice.

I think there is a bug in CP because any value other than 0 causes PART of the model to scale out- not the whole model.

Model attached if anyone can check on their end?
