C print 5.1 not responding

decided to update to 5.1 after running 4.3.8 for some time now but 5.1 will not launch past initial splash screen

Some clues on OS etc might help us.

Win 11 pro

I will put my os version after I get home as it stands I believe I am running 23h2
Edit: I am indeed running 23H2 non preview build windows 11 pro

I also have 64 gb ram a ryzen 9 7900x and a 7900xt graphics card storage is all SSD and nvme
