Camera dialog UI oddity in Creality Print/Windows

The camera “max” view window (Device Tab->choose device->Camera->Expand icon) has sample text as the title:

And the control on the right next to the close box are obscured and aren’t clear what they do:

I’m trying to figure out where you are in the screen… Can you send a bigger picture of the layout you are talking about…?

Ok… Nevermind. I found it…

It doesn’t do anything. On a regular window it would open it full screen.
