Hello i updated my firmware to the newest one a day ago ish # 1.3.3.46 and now my built-in ai camera not responding to printer anyone else having this issue?

Same issue, updated android app to latest (5.17.2) and updated firmware on machine 1.3.3.46, since then the camera has been really wonky. First i noticed android app not connecting, but web baised acces would. Now not only does the android app not gain live feed, but web based cloud now no longer is functioning. Only way i am able to access a live feed from the camera is to view it through the pc app under device. I can controll, slice , send and print remotely, but camera functionality is non existant with anything other than PC app.

Yeah mines not connecting to my pc ether so i reach out to the manufacturing team and it sounds like they might be sending me a new camera off.Because it’s within my warranty
Got mine off Amazon, less than a month ago. Who did you reach out to? Creality?
Yeah the email on your warranty card you will need your proof of purchase
