So I finally got my K2 Plus in a couple of days ago and the only thing I have made a print with is the stock benchy that comes on the local files on the machine. It printed that very well and the camera was working great at that time. I went to work yesterday and tried to access the camera feed all day long and was unable to access it so I came home and there was actually another update available for the K2 plus. I perform the upgrade and I still have no live camera feed after the upgrade. Also, I went on creality cloud and I purchased a couple of multi print designs and slice them from my phone, but whenever it comes time to actually make the print, it’s only allowing me to do a single color. Anybody else having any of these issues? It looks like the camera wire is super tight which is probably what’s going to end up being my culprit but I can’t guarantee that. Can you guys think of anything that I may be doing wrong it’s not allowing me to do the multicolor printing? I am used to my son’s bambu printer which uses bambu studio and it’s so much more simple. You can even change the colors out on the screen to match whatever you have in your multi filament holder. Just a way better design, and on top of that most of the files are free instead of just charging you
For the camera issue first try disconnecting the printer from the Wi-Fi and reconnecting. If that doesn’t work then close out the app completely on your phone and restart the app. Not sure about the multi color as I didn’t have my cfs yet
Hi Jeremy,
Did you get your camera issue sorted? Mine had also stopped working.
Cheers,
Andrew
