Can anyone tell me where to find the Ender-3 v2 Neo?

version 5 is still in development, only a couple of printers are supported at the moment

I’m sure eventually it will have the Neo profile but for now only the K1, K1 Max, K1C, Ender-3 V3 KE and the Ender-3 V3 are included.
Edit: Forgot to add the K2 plus… 
You can still use V4.3.8…

I have leveled my bed more than I can tell you and on different ways I have even used the tramming wizard.
I do not change my z-offset at all but what happens is that the skirt is printing and not printing and then the outside part of the print is not printing at all and then those circles are also not printing but as soon as it actually begins printing inside it seems to be perfect and after a while of printing it is as if the z-offset goes higher and lower as well as the print start to not touch or prints to deep. Why would it change and why would it print perfect inside but not outside?
you can try make your own profile , i made my own profile for CR-M4 and printing very well.
