I Bought my Creality Raptor X in November 2025. At the time i connected the scanner via usb to the laptop to install latest firmware. Disconnected the USB and continued to use the scanner wirelessly.
Fast forward to now, i turn on the scanner and bridge, i get blinking blue lights even though i connect the WiFi 6 dongle to the Scanner Bridge. I then open up Creality Scan4 and it is showing the available connection in the bottom left as connected, but the scanner is still not being detected.
anyone have any suggestions?
