Hello all, came here looking for a solution to my problem. I purchased a second Hi printer after my Cane Corso thought it was a threat and destroyed the first one during a print. I set it up in the same way as the first one and test printed the poop block, worked perfectly. Set it up in the network and went to Creality slicer with a file I wanted to print, the new Hi was not recognized, only the old one’s IP address was there. Is there a simple fix? I’m not really savvy when it comes to PC’s. Oh! Also the K2 Plus and Flashforge AD5M are on the network and function properly.
You could try with removing the printer from Creality Print and add it again…
Thanx, I’ve done that multiple times already, each time I try to print any files the old IP address appears. This makes no sense, when the K2 Plus was added there were no problems. I have Creality Print 7.0 installed.
Sorry version 7.1 is installed.
I’ve uninstalled V7.1 and installed V7.2.0.5526, added the new Hi printer with correct IP address and is now recognized in the slicer. Doing a test print right now. ![]()
