cannot for the life of me get a good first layer, please help

Hello, I have an ender 3 v3 ke and I’ve been struggling to get a good first layer. I think it’s something to do with the bed mesh but I’m not 100% sure.

I’m relatively new to 3D printing so I’d appreciate any and all forms of help.

I’ve attached a photo showing what is happening, basically half of the print is good, the other half is too low which leads me to believe it’s a mesh issue.

I’ve also attached a photo of my height map, printer CFG file and the machine startup code in my slicer(orca slicer).

Do I have something wrong here that is preventing my mesh from being used or is there something else that could be causing this?

I started looking at first layer (K2 Plus) on mine recently and had similar results. Actually, you are doing better than me. Note that the roughest parts of your first layer don’t track bed leveling. Mine didn’t ether. I tried several things and the biggest help so far was adding a little glue (technically, thinned Layerneer). I felt like I had good adhesion before, but the Layerneer made quite a difference in tghe first layer. I’ve been suspicious that the build plate doesnt’ heat evenly, but I have no good way to test that. I do find that “pre-heating” the build plate helps on large prints.
