Cannot open .cx3d files with new Creality Print 4.3.8

I have just upgraded Creality Print to 4.3.8 and now I cannot open ANY of my previously saved .cx3d projects!! Disaster! Please help ASAP as I now cannot open any of my files which I have spent many hours creating. Thanks.

See if you can find the Creality Print setup file you used before you updated…
On mine the project files are .cxprj
