My Ender 3 V3 SE printer was working beautifully, then while printing something shifted. Now I can’t seem to get the Z axis changed. It is currently set to 0 and every time it auto homes the nozzle drills into the plate. I’ve tried to manually reset the Z but when I go into prepare to move the Z it will not change X and Y will change but not the Z. I’m fairly new to fixing the printer and I’m now worried I may cause more damage when I don’t know what I’m doing. I’d appreciate any help to get this fixed.

I would hazard a guess that the CR Touch is not working correctly.
Check to see if the metal probe is stuck inside the casing, it should drop down when the home function is used.
