I just recieved my CR-Scan Ferret Pro 3D scanner. following all the instructions I am at the point of starting a New Scan and when I go to start it I am propmted to “Please connect the Scanner” How?
Check if the wifi on the front is lit up blue, than goto settings and find your ferret wifi. You can also with a scan app on the iphone scan the wifi on the device of the ferret wifi. Also under the ferret wifi turn off IP tracking and if you use a VPN on your phone turn this off. This is how it worked for me, i got the ferret yesterday.
This did not resolve my issue as creality scan continues to give the “please connect the scanner”. I am using an iphone 15 with iOS 18.5
Did you see in your wifi the wifi of the ferret?
I am on a iphone 14 Pro with 18.5 ios and it all works and make sure the cables are connected proper as well.
