For some reason my printer says password error when trying to connect to my network. It has done this since new and I know the password is correct. Are there any special parameters that have to be met like not using certain characters?
Silly questions I know…and I’m sure you’ve already tried these.
Are you SURE you have the correct password?
Passwords are case-sensitive so make sure you haven’t hit the
Caps Lock key by mistake
Can you access your router from the computer?
Do you have the correct IP address for your router?
Maybe go to the Router settings and change the password.
These are issues I’ve had in the past so thought they may help.
Sorry for not responding sooner. I have checked everything you suggested again including changing the password and still no luck. I have a laptop, printer and 2 phones connecting through the router with no problem so the issue has to be with the 3 V3. Also the signal being received by the printer is very strong so that is not the problem.
It sure would be nice if I could send my prints using WIFI instead of USB.
