Hello, I have problem with my Ender 3v3 KE. When i want accept privace policy, I will confirm I have read and agree to this privacy policy, and when I want click on next step, it´s doesn´t continue.

Not sure if this will help but many times you have to scroll all the way through the agreement, click the box and then it will let you go through…
Thank you for your advice. But I was try it, and it´s not work.
Are you sure you have the printer set to the correct voltage? There is a red sunken switch on the side to change it between 110v and 220v.
I’m sure, printer is on 230V. Start is ok, select language is ok, next step privace policy, after accepting and trying next step, it doesn’t work.
I was trying roll all text down before next step. It doesn’t help.
So the printer is set to 230V which is the default setting.
Where you live do the appliances use 230V or 115V…?
In my country is 230V and I have set on 230V on printer.
