New to 3d printing I have a new K2 plus combo that is set up and has printed the test pieces that come with the printer. The cloud app and web site show the printer as online yet when I try to print it says no device found connect device. I have checked the IP address and it matches the IP address on my router and shows it connected. On the printer touch screen under account it shows my Creality Cloud ID number and user Number. and the network tab shows it connected to my home network. I can use all the help I can get.
