Good day. I got my 9yo boy a printer for Christmas. Currently its honestly been more frustrating to get it working and we are not enjoying it .
Can someone please help.

Sorry you’re having these problems. Try explaining what printer model you have and describe each issue one at a time so someone here can help you troubleshoot.

out problem is that it prints the first lair but then it does not keep up with the second, resulting in a big mess.
we tried with new filament from Creality
we tried with new steal nozzle from Creality
we clean the surface and nozzle every time before use.
we level every time before printing.
We change the speed at different levers.
What else cand we do?
