I am having an issue with my CFS-C communicating with my K1 Max. Blinking red light on the cutter and flashing green light on the grey comm box.
Hello, First, you need to check that no piece of filament broke during retraction. To do this, simply open the cutter’s housing (magnetic attachment); this is a common symptom. If everything is properly connected and you don’t have any broken filament, then press the button on the USB module for 10-20 seconds; this will reset the system.
