About a month ago, without any updates or anything, the CFS started having issues like: the filament comes loose when changing or retracting, the automatic loading doesn’t work most of the time, it doesn’t give errors about jams that don’t exist and filaments that say they can’t return, when they’re fully out, they don’t retract, it gives a cutting error, it doesn’t extrude, during a filament change… it’s totally destroyed. Has anyone had these problems? I’ve spoken to Creality, but they haven’t given me any solution yet.

Same problem, minus the loose part. In my case, with PETG, cranking up the nozzle temperature by 40 degrees helped, but YMMV.
I have exact same issue, couldn’t resolve yet.
