I am having trouble setting up my CFS to allow me to select PETG. I have to tell it, it is PLA for it to work once I set it back to PETG it well not allow me to select it and run the print.
Post some screen shots from both Creality and the printer filament menu..
It’s likely you have a miss match between object filament profiles vs what you have on the printer.
Is Creality auto mapping/sync working between slicer & printer, i.e when you hit the sync button is Creality updating to match what you see via devices tab or printer menu.
