CFS Not Feeding Filament – Red Light Issue (K1 Max)

Help please…
I’m using a K1 Max with CFS.
The filament gets stuck and a red light appears on the CFS.
I tried restarting, reloading filament, and checking for clogs — no success.

The filament moves through the CFS and reaches the extruder,
but the printer can’t extrude — it acts like the filament is jammed at the CFS outlet.

I already opened and cleaned the CFS outlet; there is no visible clog,
but the filament still doesn’t come out properly.

Red LED is also on in the CFS.

Any idea what could be causing this? Is this a sensor or firmware issue?
