So I recently encountered a string of issues on my K2 plus with CFS. The K2 is throwing error codes XS 2001 and CM2798, while the CFS does not appear to be powering up with the screen being blank and only a single dim white light in slot 2 of the CFS (of note the blue light on the buffer is still on). While trying to trouble shoot this issue I realized that when the CFS is unplugged from the printer, the K2 no longer exhibits any issues and the printer is able to move its motors normally. This behavior is also replicated when the faulty CFS was plugged into a different K2 plus printer. I have tried power cycling everything and checking the cable connections in the CFS hub, all with no luck. I was curious if anyone has any idea what may be causing this or how to go about solving this issue?
I had the same problem.
I spoke to support.
They sent me a CFS-Mainboard.
I replaced it.
That didn’t help.
I returned the entire CFS.
