I bought Creality CRCC-S7 camera because I thought it would work on its own without any additional purchase. Later, when I received the camera I noticed I had to buy Creality Cloud Box(or Wifi box) to be able to use the camera. Is it possible to return the item, as I didn’t use it, and get refund? Because then I’ll buy Nebula Camera.
I already sent couple emails to creality support. But they have not replied me yet.
Additionaly, it’s been just one day since I received the camera.
Depends on what distributor you bought from.
You might have to pay for the return shipping…
