Change the size of the support brim

I cannot find an option to alter the size of the brim for my supports. When I change the brim size, only the part brim size changes. I have a problem with my support falling over, so I just wanted to increase its area.
Also, I am using Creality Print 6.2.1, and I cannot find the option for Bed Adhesion, which appears in YouTube videos using Creality Print 5. Can you confirm that the bed adhesion options have been integrated into the “Others” option?

I had a hard time finding Brim size too. you can find it under “other” in the slicer settings:

Note there are several options. I’m guessing Auto (default) isn’t cutting it for you. You can add some width if you need it to reach your supports. I do that for tall skinny things with tree supports, to hold the tree’s up.

Thanks for your reply, the brim width that you’re pointing out only changes the brim width of the part. I specifically wanted to alter the brim width of the support. I can’t seem to find that.

I can’t find support brim ether, and I need it!

Here is a feeble attempt to add “tape brim” to supports with blue tape. So sad… Where did that setting go!

@MaddogLee Have you had any success with this?> the only thing I’ve come up with is masking the model brim so big it reaches the trees. That is kind of lame, but it works for now.

Hey I never ended up finding a parameter to control it. I ended up changing my support structure and it seemed to be fine. Your method with tape seems pretty good. it is a bit annoying that it an uncontrolled parameter

@MaddogLee I never found a setting ether. Super annoying to not have control over that.
I did come up with a better solution than the tape. I put a HUGE brim that touches all the trees. Sometimes I put a little dummy primitively on the plate just to get some brim if the trees are spread out too much.

Hi everyone !

I’m a bit late but i think this is how to change the size on the raft here, you need to check the little box to have the advanced settings.

I was searching how to expand the base of my support and i found this unsolved post. So I hope it will help someone in the future !
