I had the following problem with my Creality K1C with CFS when printing PLA-CF (Creality). I think the nozzle got clogged and forced the hoteend.
Has anyone experienced anything like this before?
nd to pop off and ended up in the situation like in the picture.

Mate you suffered the Blob (glob) of the death.
this happen on some printers when the nozzle is not clean and the filament start to get into the sock and after that you must try to heat the filament and remove it being very careful to do not damage the hot end and tear the cables. if you have a heat gun is the tool for the task, or a hair dryer can help. BE CAREFUL TO NOT BURN YOURSELF.
in the worst of the cases you have to change the hot end.
thanks for the advice I managed to clean it. I had to change the nozzle, I found it broken
Hopy you didn’t try to remove the nozzle from the hot end when the hot end was cold.
The hot end must be at least 190°C to remove the nozzle.
I heated it with a hot air station at 260-300 degrees so I could take the melted material… it was also PLA-CF and it is very hard
300 is a lot those nozzle can not stand more than 250°C
