I have searched and searched for a comprehensive list of descriptions for ALL of the settings available in the Printer Settings window. For instance, in the Extruder tab there is no explanation or description that I can find for extruder offset in the Position section. Does anyone know of a complete list for all the parameters included in all 6 tabs of this window?

You may be approaching this from a slightly different direction than necessary. It sounds like you are looking for a comprehensive cheat sheet or user manual covering every setting. I have not found a single document that does that. However, two available tools may be even more useful.
Creality Print is based on OrcaSlicer, so a good place to start is the OrcaSlicer Wiki. It documents the printer settings, terminology, and features found throughout the software:
Note: Creality Print implements only a subset of OrcaSlicer’s features, and Creality sometimes renames standard features. For example, Creality uses “Wind Speed” for what is ordinarily called “Fan Speed.” This appears to result from translation choices and can make finding the corresponding OrcaSlicer documentation more difficult.
The second tool is the OrcaSlicer search feature built into Creality Print.
Click the magnifying glass to open the search window. This search feature is included throughout the settings profiles. As you type, a list of matching keywords and settings will begin to populate.
Once you locate the field you are looking for, hover over it. A popup will provide a brief description, which you can then use to search the OrcaSlicer Wiki if you want a more detailed explanation.
