Good evening. I purchased a Creality Ender-3 V4 Combo, but I am unable to scan the QR code using the Creality app to activate it on Creality Cloud and view the camera feed. The printer is successfully connected to the Wi-Fi network, but the issue is that the Creality app fails to read the QR code generated by the printer; however, the smartphone’s standard QR code scanner reads it without a problem. Could you please advise on how to proceed, or let me know if there is a way to add the printer manually? It seems this feature may have been removed in the latest version of the app. Thanks in advance to everyone. Best regards.
