Connecting my Ender 3 pro with usb

Hello and thanks for having me.

Ik am using Fedora 43 for printing and if i connect my printer to the usb port my system let me know it is connected. lsusb give back 1a86:7523 QinHeng Electronics CH340 serial converter. But How can I get to see this printer in CrealityPrint or Ultimaker Cura? I can add a printer, manually, so I can copy gcode files to usb drive and print it but what function does the usb connection have then?

It did help, i installed OctoPrint and indeed this is controlling the printer over usb. Thank you!
