Connecting the Scan Bridge and Sermoon S1 to an iPhone 14 Pro Max

Just purchased the new Sermoon S1 scanner and Scan Bridge. I have been trying to connect using my iPhone 14 Pro Max, but it does not work. I have tried everything that is published in terms of troubleshooting.

Anyone else have this issue? Or connecting to an iPhone in general?

Ideally, I want to scan the interior of a car and not have to bring a laptop to get in the way along with the short, but rigid cabling.

Thanks.

Hi i have the same problem with iphone 12 pro max some help would be apprecieated. running latest firmwire on S1 and bridge

I just opened a ticket. I also tried the Sermoon with a brand new Android phone and it does not work. I updated the software and the firmware accordingly.

Question, if yours is a Sermoon Scanner, did you have protective peel-off plastic on the scanner lenses? Mine did not and I am suspecting it was a return, unless they do not do that anymore. Thanks for the help.

Mine also had no protective film. I think they are relying on that plastic bag it is in now.

I have a feeling the mobile apps have not yet been updated to support the Sermoon S1. If I unplug the USB cable on the wireless bridge from the Sermoon S1, the app sees the wireless bridge. Once the USB is plugged in, it says no scanner connected.

The same bridge and phone setup (on both my Android and iPhone) works fine with my Raptor.

I can’t find any statements about compatibility with the Sermoon on the mobile app anywhere. The Wireless Bridge/Sermoon does work with the PC app.

Yes, I got the exact same thing.

I did post this on one of their YouTube videos and someone replied they are working on it.
