I am a complete beginner, and having downloaded the Lightburn software it will not connect to the Falcon 2 which remains with a slow flashing green light. The laser will not start from either the machine or on my laptop. There is also an ‘Alarm 3’ notice coming up on the Lightburn. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I’m having the same problem. What do we do to get some help. I’m beginning to question the wisdom of my Creality Falcon2 22w purchase.
