I’ve been having trouble with connection from my phone to the printer. It just loads put doesn’t connect. Sometimes it’s right away but most of the time it just loads.

Make sure your phone and the printer are on the same Wi-Fi network first. Then try unbinding the printer from the cloud on the printer itself and binding it again from the app. Restarting the printer and your router can also help clear connection glitches.
If it still just sits there trying to connect, try opening the printer’s local IP in a browser on your phone. If that works, it usually means the printer is fine and the issue is with the Creality app or the cloud link.
