Newbie here, just got an Ender 3 pro and an Ender 3 (original?) New to 3D printing, but know a lot about computers.
I am going to use CURA 5.8.
Is there a way to access all the functions/settings of the built-in control panel on the Ender, from my PC over the USB cable? In a neat interface? I’ve seen videos of entering G-Code commands one at a time, but that seems tedious. I would like to be able to do things like auto home, PID autotune, turn on the heaters, disable servo’s, and more, all from my PC. TIA for any help!
https://www.pronterface.com/ is whats commonly used to access the features of the printer. The older printers run Marlin software and all the coding is done within that, heaps of info on youtube about Marlin
