CR-10 SE x axis overruns end stop

Hi all. Has anyone else experienced a CR-10 SE where the printhead overruns where to end stop should so that the CR Touch misses the front left corner of the print bed! This causes the nozzle to foul the print bed and gouge the surface. Creality tried to rectify the issue with a new piezoelectric ceramic, main board and the hotend interface board which they supplied free of charge even though the printer was outwith the warranty. Sadly none of these freebies cured the problem which is annoying since I had around 13 months great printing only to end this way where I am likely to dispose of the printer at my local recycling site. Creality have gone silent which isn’t helping. Can anyone help.
Regards
Brian

Don’t dump it work thru it and you will get it back on board.

When I reached out with this same issue the answer was check the top end of your Y rails (away from you).

The end of rail Y bump switch should deliver a click sound.

Mine had stopped (jammed closed). I had to bend out the trip strip and when I then pushed it in manually the clicking Y stop clicking sound occurred

Then position your printer nozzle at home, bottom end left hand side (near you)

Then go to movement settings and press the home key in the centre of the directional arrows.

Go to each of the surface location keys in the manual levelling tab and moving around each of the four locations ensure the nozzle is about a photocopy paper page above the plate.

Adjust the red wheels under the print plate to get the right tolerance on each corner. I had to go round three times to get a great level start point.

Hope this gets you operational again.
