Cr-10 se y axis issue

when my CR10-SE calibrates the y axis does not read, I always returns the error “The Y-axis zero position has a deviation, which only affects the power-off continuation function. Please scan the QF code for help.” I scan the QR code and it takes me to the help screen but nothing there about the Y-axis problem. Can you tell what’s going on with this?

I update the firmware of my CR-10 SE from V1.1.0.20 to V1.1.0.23. This update was given in menu of the software.
Now I got several errors with the V1.1.0.23. Also the error of the y-asis:
"The Y-axis zero position has a deviation, which only affects the power-off continuation function’. See picture.
How can I reset the machine back fatory settings with the firmware V1.1.0.20?

Greeting Wim

Is there nobody who has a sollution for the problem?

Wim

I can’t believe no one else has this problem, please comment.

Try:

The film is ok to get ride of the problem.
But first make the belt loser. The faster it.

Every is goning fine at mine cr10 SE now.

Mine did the same thing today for first time. It seems to be printing fine but i can’t find any info!

There is a short film from Creality to get rid if the problem on youtube.
See youtube: Service tutorial CR-10 SE y-axis zwro return position…

Be award of to losen the belt before you do what is saying in that film.

Kind regard
Wim
